DISTANCE CONTRACT

The seller of the goods offered in this online store is Kristīne Vilčinska (online store: www.kvcandles.lv), hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, enter into the following agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer’s order.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

The Buyer places an order for goods through this website, specifying the type and quantity of the goods to be ordered. The Buyer has the option to pay for the goods using the payment tools integrated into the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer via email. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

The Seller ensures delivery of the goods within 1–10 days in Latvia and within 1–3 weeks in Europe, after the payment for the goods has been received, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods, by sending a withdrawal notice to the Seller. The withdrawal form will be sent to the Buyer via email upon request.

The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the withdrawal notice. All expenses related to returning the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

• the goods, due to their nature, cannot be returned, or they perish quickly or are quickly used up;

• the goods have been manufactured specifically for the Buyer according to an individual order;

• the product has been used.

Article 12, paragraph six, of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal.” The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer’s right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee if the goods are damaged, treated carelessly during use, instructions have not been followed, the original packaging is lost, or the packaging is significantly damaged.

DATA PROCESSING

By entering the required information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that the provided data will be used by the Seller to accept the Buyer’s order and ensure delivery in accordance with Latvian legislation. By entering their information, the Buyer agrees to receive notifications related to order processing at the provided email address.
